The Dow trade closed today with a further 200 pips to add to the 100 pips already banked from trade 1. There was a eur/usd trade which didnt work out and was a 140 pip loser. the existing gbp/usd trade is about 10 pips in profit and i also closed a gold trade at about 80 pips profit because its now around new record high levels and i’m not comfortable in asking it to make new ground on my behalf.
I’ve also decided for the time being just to stick with the 4 main markets recommended as the strongest for this system. oil, gold, dow jones and the eur/usd.

Big changes made this week by the guys who produced the Sane FX system. Sane FX has now been withdrawn from sale to be replaced by ‘Four Hour Trader’ apparently because the author has come to the conclusion that the 4 hr charts are the ‘perfect’ charts to trade from.
The charts certainly look similar to Sane FX but dont contain the TCCI line. Quick look at the indicators on previous charts is very promising and i’ll start blogging the results from today on the 4 main charts the author talks about – gold, oil, the dow and eur/usd.
I’ll still be be trading the daily charts from the Sane FX system as this would be my preferred time frame and they’ve made a great start so hopefully i can use them in conjunction with this new system. Not sure i’ll still be blogging them though as there doesnt seem much point.

2 trade closures today – 1 was because there was an arrow in the opposite direction and the other was because the profit had reached 600 pips+ on the trade so just decided that was enough. the author had a guideline figure of 400 pips for take profit so more than happy with that.
the 2 trades were buys on the eur/gbp & the gbp/jpy.

Had a gbp/usd trade close today on an ‘opposite arrow’ for a loss of 18 pips. For the rest of the trades it was more or less as you were – +967 pips overall for the trades i’ve got running at the moment.
