Difficult couple of days with Black Dog Forex – some good set ups but they didnt all work out. You can only trade the set ups and as long as you do that you’re not making any ‘mistakes’ – the markets just didnt go your way.

Just the 2 trades today – both on aud/usd. the other pairs were either not at the right stage or just too choppy. fortunately the aud/usd was just right and a retrace first thing and another nice set up this afternoon gave me 40 pips for the day.

Black Dog Forex Review
Not a vintage couple of days with Black Dog forex but no harm done over a relatively messy couple of days. Hopefully fully back to normal from Monday with it being a full week. NFP tomorrow so only really looking at trading up to 11am’ish.
Tuesday saw a gain of 8 pips and yesterday we had a loss of 28 pips.

Very good week overall for Black Dog Forex – didnt trade it myself as i was away but looking back on the charts retrospectively there were some good trending markets up to Friday which was obviously a no trading day.

Not traded Black Dog Forex for about 8 weeks and was a quiet day to go back to it today. Messy markets and only 3 trades but ended with a profit so all good. 2 trades on the aud/usd and 1 on the eur/jpy. The pips total is +30 but it needs to be pointed out that the target for the eur/jpy is 30 pips with a 30 pip stop so if you were keeping your risk the same per trade your per pip stake would be less than for other pairs.

Great day yesterday with Black Dog with lot of trending markets with nice little retracements allowing us to jump on a lot of winning trades. 7 winning trades & 1 loser. Bit more even on Tuesday with a loss of about 11 pips.

Very quiet morning for Black Dog today – there were some nice trends but the MACD wasnt set up right so it wasnt until 3.45pm that we got a valid signal. There was another @ 4.15pm & they were both winners for another 40 pips on the day.

Not traded with Black Dog since last Monday as looking at other things – dont really know why because this works, just habit i think.
Anyway today was good with 40 pips made in total. had a choice to make first thing as both the nzd/usd and usd/chf showed signals. the usd/chf looked the best option as the macd had just crossed, 15 ema just out of the 50′s etc but missed the profit target by 1/2 pips and the nzd/usd inevitably made the target.
good day nontheless with some nice trending pairs.

Good day for Black Dog Forex – 84 pips gained

Really good day today for the Black Dog Forex system with 84 pips gained. 6 winners and 3 losers. Decided today that i need to alter take profit levels on a couple of pairs. The usd/cad is moving pretty slowly at the moment with a small average trading range so i’m reducing the target to 10 pips with 10 stop & the opposite is true of the eur/jpy which will be 30/30 tp & sl.
